Each studio is a separate space with its own layout, features, and booking availability.

STUDIO RENTAL GUIDELINES

Please note that studio rentals DO NOT include a photographer or videographer unless specifically stated in the booking description or package.

Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

Your reserved time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup, so please plan your booking time accordingly. Guests are responsible for returning the studio to its original condition at the end of their reservation. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is not properly reset.

For larger productions, events, or groups, please contact us before booking so we can make sure the selected studio can properly accommodate your needs.

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY

Due to the nature of studio rentals, all bookings are non-refundable.

— Reschedule FREE OF CHARGE when requested more than 7 days before your booking.
— Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of your booking are subject to a rescheduling fee.
— Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the reservation cannot be rescheduled.

STUDIO BEVY
A styled creative studio designed for photography, content creation, branding sessions, and lifestyle productions.

STUDIO CASA
A daylight loft featuring natural light, exposed brick, styled furniture, and multiple lifestyle shooting areas.

Photographer and videographer services are available separately unless specifically included in your selected package.
